If you are on a diet, you may need a weight chart that you can print out and keep near your scale to record your weight every day. If you would like to customize the chart, please fill out the form to the right. The default values should print nicely on one page, but you may need to tweak them a bit.

The Hacker's Diet is great place to start losing weight. It is recommended for those who approach life from an engineering or management perspective. It comes with computer programs to help track your weight. This chart can be used to record your weight daily so that you can then enter it into your computer later.
