1. Change any of the fields with a green background.
  2. Use print preview in your browser to make sure that the chart prints on one page. None of the instructions will print, and the form will be nicely formatted. If the form does not fit, change the number of days or remove some excecises. You may wish to print in landscape mode.
  3. To save your changes, submit the form and bookmark the page.
  4. To make your bookmark use todays date for the start, clear the first date field (green background) before submitting.
